Property Associate Julian Iacopetta

Pristine and pure-hearted with potential plus, Julian leans on previous profession as a sparky to give him a unique perspective into the world of leasing and property. His invaluable experience and knowledge in troubleshooting building damage, defects and repairs give Julian an edge when advising landlords and tenants.

As a Leasing Consultant, he’s out and about daily, conducting open and private inspections and arming his clients with professional, transparent and honest guidance so they make well-informed decisions. He loves being able to assist them in securing their ideal properties and genuinely feels privileged to be on the journey with them.

Always one to be kept on his toes with a fierce passion for learning, Julian is currently studying for his agent’s license.

Julian lives on the outskirts of Newtown but has a soft spot for the area, frequenting the local cafes and restaurants and personally recommending them to everyone he meets. He also has an authentic appreciation for Newtown’s wide variety of cultures and broad international student cohort studying at nearby Sydney University.
