Lydia was our agent during our tenancy at 21 Ferndale St in Newtown for approximately 18 months. I meant to write this email earlier but only just got back from a work trip. Lydia has been a wonderful agent and has assisted us with some complex issues at times, particularly as the landlord was renting for the first time.
