A light-filled single level layout and cutting edge near new extension and renovation have created a visually exciting and exceptionally liveable home on one of Stanmore's best-loved streets. Every element of this terrace has been executed with an incredible level of detail with bespoke elements and industrial undertones that capture the essence of Inner West living.

Clever design has ensured inviting light-filled interiors that benefit from a north east aspect and side north facing atrium. The original high ceilings have been bought through to the extension further enhancing the space. A spacious living is centrally placed merging with the sleek stone topped chef's gas kitchen with European appliances. The kitchen incorporates a built-in dining area with formed concrete benchtops and retractable walls that open to reveal display areas. Sliders at the rear retract fully into the wall delivering a seamless merging between inside and out.

Alfresco enjoyment is peaceful and private on the rear terrace with roll out awning. The home features two generous bedrooms both with robes and a stunning designer bathroom. Skylights, reverse cycle a/c and a laundry concealed behind a timber feature wall are all desirable extras. Ladder access leads to the vast fully lined loft retreat with Velux window and walls of storage. Perfect as is, there is potential to add a level and increase the floor space, subject to Council approval, in a lifestyle setting that is walking distance to the rail, bus, IGA and popular local eateries and moments to King Street.
