One of Stanmore's most appealing wide streets provides this classically presented character home with a sought-after leafy address close to the heart of Stanmore village. A great low-maintenance lifestyle choice with immediate appeal, the single level terrace makes an excellent inner west property and includes well-proportioned interiors, lots of natural light and a private entertainment courtyard at the back.

This home is ready to move into and features a great-sized interior layout with a light filled living space and a bright northerly side perspective. The kitchen is nicely appointed, plus there are three double bedrooms, including a separate main at the rear that has a walk-in wardrobe and access to the backyard.

Step out the back and you will find a large alfresco deck with sheltered dining area and entertainment space, as well as an all-important off-street car spot with access from the rear lane.

It's ideally positioned close by Stanmore train station, parks and village cafes. You are also conveniently located to Sydney University, RPA hospital, Newington College and all of Newtown, Enmore and Annandale's cafes, dining and entertainment options.
